Summary of Activities

• Opening Formation- Captain Frater
• Cadets-
  • Moral Leadership and Character Development with Col. Peters-The Tuskegee Airmen and the recent movie Red Tails was the basis of the cadets’ discussion as they talked about “rising above” and facing challenges as a cadet and a teenager.
  • Flight time- Bravo flight worked on jodies and drill while Alpha also worked on jodies and participated in a quizbowl.
• Seniors-
  • Senior members discussed plans for the CAP trailer and cleanout, and talked about squadron goals, scheduling, first aid/CPR classes, and SAREX’s.
• Closing Formation- Captain Frater

• Congratulations to Alpha Flight for receiving Flight of the Month for February!

Upcoming Events/Announcements

• Cadets are needed to help organize/clean our squadron trailer this Sunday. If interested please contact Lt. Lai. (At least 2-3 cadets are needed.)
• Coming up is an opportunity to participate in an exercise for the Naval Academy, more details to be sent out later.
• All squadron fundraising money is due ASAP to Major McManus!
• The activity for next week (March 13th) is Emergency Services and the uniform is BDU’s.
